Indane Gas
Non responding to call for booking

My consumer no is X 24562 of Bhubaneswar gas, 3, jaydevmarg, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The dealer is not answering to our phone. Today I rang to their land line 0674-234384 but nobody picked up phone for booking. I also gave two calls to the dealer Sri Ray. He talked to me and cut up the line when I asked him to book a gas since their man did not receive my call. This is their regular habit. Should I go for a consumer case or withdraw my connection from Indane gas since I am facing much problem in getting a gas by booking over phone.
