Not Giving DBC

Sir/Madam,

My Gas Connection Consumer No. is RF-11419 with M/s RICH FLAMES (Indane Distributors), 3E/67, N.I.T, Fariadabad, Ph: 0129-2416263 (Distributor's Code: 73010409)

I am regularly requesting the agency for giving DBC since I got the gas connection i.e from 24/07 but every time agency denied for giving DBC. We face the problem when the gas ends.

Please do the needful.
