I am a customer of indane gas. My customer number is 2774.My area distributor is SRI SURYA INDANE GAS AGENCY.While approaching the ambur agency holder, for booking the cylinder, they do not allot any booking number at first. For the last 6 months, they are delivering the gas cylinder 20-40 days late from the booking date.
This time i booked for indane gas cylinder as on 25-12.
They orally gave the assurance that the cylinder will be delivered with 31st dec. But the same has not been delivered till date (04-01). They don't give the valid reason and harras me to come again & again.
Also i have personally seen that the distributor is selling gas cylinders to the share-autos and brokers in ambur at the secret places.(I will show the secret places where the gas
cyliders are sold for RS 400/= and 500/= in ambur. I will personally help the INDANE GAS AGENCY OFFICERS at the time of investigation) In our ambur most of the share-autos are runing with INDANE GAS CYLINDERS.Even i can prove the relationship in between the brokers and the agency holder.
This is reason for getting the cylinders after 20 to 40 days delay from booking.
They also do not respobd when i ring up thier telephone no.04174-325656 and 04174-326664.
I request the higher officials of INDANE GAS to look into this very seriously and qyickly.
