As i have booked my gas cylinder (consumer no) 44455 to the gas agency (VIR Gas Agency ID CODE:1153)

NO 8, Ganapathy Street, West Mambalam, Ch-33 on 14-10 . Till now as on (28-10-09) i have not received the refill, which made me to run Pillar to post. When i approached the agency they have replied that they have not received the adequate load from the company. In this juncture i wanted to clarify whether the company has not send the load or the agency people are dodging the consumer. Kindly Clarify and register the complaint to rectify the problem to enable me to use the cylinder in time to avoid the unpleasant situation.
