Non supply of Gas Cylinder even after 28 days of booking

Sir/Madam,

I am a customer of LPG with M/s Yadu Gas Services, Ghaziabad with Consumer Number :33450.

I had booked for refilling of LPG cylinder on 23/12. I was told that refilling may take 4-5 days. But even after laps of about a month I have not received the cylinder. During last one week I have made a numerous calls at 03837841916 for reminder. Every time I am told that delivery would be made by evening or so...

but no effect so far. Today the concerned person it not even picking up the phone.

Moreover this agency has not provided the book on which date of booking and delivery of cylinder is marked with sign. On asking about this they only gave me the tel numbers on which booking can be made.

I am not sure when will i get the cylinder.

I am not sure what can be done to set these black-marketer right in this country...
