Dear Sir,
I have taken my domestic indane gas connection (consumer No. AK-12945) from M/s.A.K.P. Gas Service, Shop No.4, C-12, J. Road, Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow in the year 2000. I have been transfered from Lucknow for few years. I came back in 2006 and approached for booking of gas. They denied to give me gas stating that there is no such consumer no. in my record. Another day I went to them having all my papers and consumer book and requested again to book my gas. With a no. of efforts and requests made by me, they did not book the gas. Ultimately I have to take gas cilinder with higher rates sometimes through their venders or otherwise. Ivery humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and direct them not to play such a role with me.
