About delivery of gas not in time

I am a customer of indane with customer no 1153 and have been registered with jaito gas service[ph no 01635230579] in jaito district faridkot. i booked my cylinder on 26-10-09 till 17-11-09 no delivery has been made by the agency. i visted their office on 16-11-09 but the counter lady told me rudely & says that u cannot get the cylinder before 40 days. i request concern authority look in to the matter. thanking you
