Not taking Bookings

Hi,

I have been trying my gas distributor CITIZEN gas Agency located in Alaknanada Shopping Complex, New Delhi vide my consumer no. CT 1503 for the last 2-3 days and they dont bother picking up the phone. Its happening every month. Either the ph nos. printed on their slips are wrong or the staff doesn't bother to pick up the phone.
