Non delivery of cylindera

My name is k k keshri presently residing at khambha dist amreli gujarat.i have a gas connection in the balmukund gas agency situatede at shivaji chowk khambha. here double cylinder connection is not provided by the agency and when the cylinder gas end the agency make undue delay in dilivery (more than 10 days in every time). gas is the basic needs of the day so how i can manage without gas. please advice me accordingly.
