Our supplier is IA Salt Lake Gas Agency. When we had a gas leakage in our house they were of absolutely no assistance. They refused to send any mechanic to our house because they were on leave and would be returning only after a couple of days. They then asked us to carry the cylinder and the regulator to their office. This was not possible as we live on the fourth floor in a building without a lift. Their office is not very close to our house. There were only three people in our house all being females unable to lift the heavy cylinder.
We then called the emergency helpline numbers provided on the official website but they too did not help us.
Please help.
