Non supply of refilled gas cylinde

Dear Sir,

I have a single cylinder connection, my connection number is 1916, i have booked for refilled cylinder on 29.01.08 to the satyam gas agencies at panchkula, haryana, till now i have not received the cylinder and there is no proper response.

Every time i am facing the same problem, we are struggling due to non availabilty of cylinder.

Even i requesting to provide additional cylinder from the lsat four months, they are not confirming to provide the additional cylinder.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
