NON DELIVERY OF REFILL CYLINDER

Dear Sir,

Ref: My Consumer No. LT/35985

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I have booked for Refill of my gas cylinder on 16/01 vide booking No. 6952 of M/s. Happy Home of 909, Lake Town, Block - "A", Kolkata - 700 089. I feel sorry to inform you that neither the said dealer is giving any response to my call nor they are entertaining the representative at their counter.

I would like to ask the said dealer through you:

1) THAT why they are always late in delivery?

2) What benefit they get by not entertaining the

representative/coustomers'?

3) Is there any time barred by the company to book the cylinder after getting the reffilled cylinder?

Please intervene in the matter and solve the issue.
