Timing of gas booking

I go for gas booking at Vindhyavasini Gas Service, Mirzapur (Area Office -Allahabad, UP), on the Date of 6 jan at the time of 10 A M but the agency was close thus I again went there at 2.30PM but he refused to book the reffile after 2PM. Please tell me your timing for the gas booking.
