CRISIS OF SUPPLY OF LPG

I am a subscriber of Indane Gas when i was in Garden Reach I used to get 2 cylinders per month but since I have transfered to Thakurpukur area I am geting only one cylinder per month. When I enquired the agent says that there is crisis of LPG, but surprisingly I found that the LPG is black marketted at thr price of Rs. 400/- to 450/-.
