Poor supply and blackmarketing

Sir,

My consumer No is 9863 of Tundla gas Tundla (Firozabad) UP. As per the practice/rule of the supplier, a new cylinder is booked after 21 day of reciept of last cylinder. I booked the cylinder on 10.01.2008 which was delivered on 8.02. 2008 ie 21 30=51 days. Several verbal reminder were given to the Tundla gas but the answer was that gas is not available while it was readly available in blackmarket by the Tundla gas. How a family will manage 51 days with supply of only one cylinder. I want to bring this fact to the notice of appropriate INDANE authority for looking into the matter and take immediate action and enquiry for the black marketing done by the gas supplier. I hope for immediate action agains the supplier.
