Sub: Delay in allotment of Additional Gas Cylinder

Requirement for Home Consumption.

Ref: Customer No.20255 with M/s Ramesh Gas Agency,

Singarayar Colony, Madurai – 625 002.

With reference to the above I wish to inform you that, I have registered an additional cylinder requirement with the above referred agency vide (Form No. SL 69) Sl. No.5833 dated 26.10.2004.

Now I have approached the agency for additional cylinder and they refused to provide the same against the above mentioned registration and instructed me to register again.

I came to understand through other customers, the Additional Cylinder requirement was released for the registrations up to October.

I request you to please give effect for the above registration and get me the additional cylinder through the above agency at earliest.
