Severe Delay In service & Irresponsible Customer Handling

Dear Sir,

We are an existing consumer (of the INDANE GAS and our GAS Agency Name is "GAS & Novelties", Serampore, Hooghly, Phone : 2662 - 3369.

It is bring in notice that for last couple of months there has been a severe delay in gas supply despite of complaining within schedules 15/20 days which keeps on varying. Again it was said to delayed for at least 20 days from date of booking 27.02.2008.

The important point is that the Agency administration does not care to talk politely when a customers calls up and shuts down the telephone receiver without properly uttering couple of specific information or the reason delay.
