This is to inform you that we have been getting leakaged cylinders twice in the last 3 months. Last time, it was ensured that this will not be repeated again but my worry is that it can be the root cause of any big accident if no action will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again.
I am awaiting for an immediate attention to replace the leakaged cylinder to avoid any accident to occur at my house number 69, Sector 30, Faridabad - 121003. I have already informed Mr. Chauhan (9310757788) in the morning about the same.
