Supply delay/non booking of 2 cyclinde

Sir,

I am residening in Chennai, Adambakkam. My gas distributor is Rose Gas Agency. I am booking for cyclider, when one cyclider empty since I am having 2 cyclinder deposit with the agent. But the agent booking the cyclinder after 21 days from the date of orginal booking and takin another 21 days for supply. When as consumer complaint this they tailor made reply was as per direction of the company. Well, do u think in present days the cyclider comes for 45 days in a house? I request the past system of booking tobe done lifetime for cyclindr using 15 days.
