I had booked for a cylinder refill at Kunnamangalam Gas Agency, Calicut, Kerala. My consumer number is 9825 on March 15. Inspite of various phone calls to the agency i have not got the cylinder. I had also submitted a complaint 3 days ago about this. Still i have not got the new cylinder. It is a frequent problem. I had booked a complaint just 5 months before on the same grounds. Please...
