NOT GIVING DBC

I am a consumer of indane gas (Mashroo Agency, Veraval) for 2 years. I have enquired so many times about DBC connection but they say company is not giving DBC.But they are giving new connection. When gas ends we have to suffer very much. Is there any alternate or quick/speedy way of getting DBC.
