I have been a Indane gas customer for the last 34 years in cities Kolkata, M New Delhi and Chennai. I have been a customer of South Madras gas Agency for the last 18 years. There has been erratic supply of gas cylinders for the last 4 months starting from December. When the cylinder is booked they promise that it will be supplied in two weeks but by the time they supply it is 3 weeks. I have been patient for the last 3 months that it is some kind of short supply and will get rectified soon. But I am now fed up and feel that cylinders are being sold in black market for profit at the cost of genuine customers. I would like you to look into this matter and take immediate action.
