Non supply of cylinder refil

I had booked Cylinder refill on 1st of March'2011 through Tomogas IVR Service wide ref. no. 4 but till now, I have not received any response from Distributors. I booked it again on 19 th March'2011 as distributor "Raminder Gas Agency" had confirmed that Tomo service has been discontinued and they have no booking of Ist March'2011.
