Refill booking shows delieverd but not delivered

I have booked gas refill through sms services. the refill has not been delievered but record shows and received sms that gas has been delivered. my consumer no is SG 24761 and refill booking no 3165, cash memo no 3216 dated 8/4. please take necessary action and deliever gas on priority
