Two re-fills were booked with Bindhu Gas, Aluva 683108, Kerala on May 31. On enquiry over phone on July 10, Agency informed that refills were already billed at their end ; and cylinders given to the delivery man.
The cylinders have not been delivered till now [11 July]
Ocbiously, the delivery man has sold them to someone else.
And this is not the first time this has happened
