My consumer no.3873 with malik gas of INDANE GAS. During checking of my booking details i noticed that on 28-12-11 somebody has booked my refill gas cylinder from phone No. 9540998509. reference No. 2614210, IOCL booking No. 11491, cash memo No. 11490 and closing date 29-12-11. and the status shown as "delivered". but i have never booked /received this cylinder. i think that some body related with the gas agency is misusing my consumer number. therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and let me know about the action taken against this person. thanking you Rajesh
