I am sindhu.c consumer no:13177, under Vasudha gas agency, Kuttippuram. Kerala.i booked on july 11th and after 40 days i started going and enquiring and still (28/8/08) i have not received cylinder.this is their usual practise.i am working as asst. Professor in engg college. I have to take one leave every month constantly persuading the distributors to get the cylinder replacement.i request you to look into the matter and take some action so that the difficulty can be avoided.
