I have booked the gas on 19th September with Venkatasai Gas Agencies, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and followed up again several times. Today is 5th October but i am waiting for Cylinder. I am calling the agency from last 3-4 days 3-4 time daily but always they tell that your cylinder is on the way and you are going to get it within 1-2 hours. I don't know what type of person have got the gas agency to provide this type of poor service to consumer.
I think black marketing is going on so we are facing this type of problems. Could you please enquire about it?
I am totally frustrated with the service.
