Poor Response from Yadu Gas Agency, Shaibabd

Dear Sir,

Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. At first no response, no pickup phone at the booking time. Otherwise every time recording " phone is busy, please call after some time" is playing. I am trying these numbers since last 5 days but never got a response or pick-up phone. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Last time I booked from on the spot, at that the lady present there said that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 or 5 days but no response till 12 days. Then I got a cylinder after a verbal fight with their manager on their mobile 9818059745. Now he is also not picking up my any call on this mobile. This procedure continued every month. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than 25 days time, now it hardly lasts for 14-16 days.

Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.

Please improve upon services of your agents.
