Delay in supply of cylinde

Dear Sir/ MAdam,

with difficulty i got line to gas agency and I have booked for cylinder on 23 Sep 08 (Waiting list No. 11594). I'm trying to the gas agency both the numbers are (2797 29795129) busy always. Kindly look into this matter.

see this is serious issue it is taking very long time. solve this issue.
