Misbehavior of Mansarovar Indane Gas Service Jaipur's employee

Sir,

I booked my gas on Friday (17/10/08) through no 1260 which are provided by the agency for the bokking of my gas. As it was done on computerised answering machene so I was not confirmed that my gas is booked or not. To day (23/10) I call the agency for confirming my booking but there were no reply from the tel numer (0141-2785654). I have to rush to the agency and asked the madem (who were sitting on the phone) whether the phone is not working or she do not have time to attend the customers. She replied in such a manner like "why do u come to the agency.. you may have telling lye etc." I told her that I am avoiding my office just for this trifle work and Why should I tell u a lie... If you have a doubt u can check my calling details through BSNL of my phone no (2786196) of 23/10/08 time 09.55 hours to 10.20 hours. And unfortunatly it is second incident when I have to rush to your gency avoiding my office and work."

Her way of talking was totally rude and not customer friendly.

You are requested to suggest its owner to train his employees to behave like a gentleman to avoid such instances again.
