Non transfer of gas connection

Respected sir,

I, Manoj Tandon, want to transfer my gas connection to Haridwar which was taken earlier in Delhi. I have submitted my transfer voucher to m/s Hardwar Gas Agency on 26-09.

The distributor is not entertaining my request & till now it has not been transfered.

It is my humble request that please take care of my problem & take necessary action. I will always be obliged you.
