Poor response/non attendance of telefones/customer unfriendly

Dear Sir,

My cust. no. is 2836 with Rukmini Gas Service in Nirala Nagar Lucknow. Vide cash memo 3679 dated 13/11 I got the delivery of the cylinder after payment. Later I noticed that room was full of gas smell/odour. I rang 20 times on 2788050 and the ring was going on but the socalled manager named Om Prakash Mishra never attended the phone. Then I rang another phone of this service 2789334 but this too was not responded. Then I feared the chance of fire as the gas was leaking from the bottom of the outlet where the connection is fitted. So I had to walk about 500 metres to the office of Rukmini Gas Agency. There Om Prakash Mishra was gossiping with others and without attending the phones. When I became angry and quarrelled verbally then only he phoned on 9839038593 then Pappu from Indane came and changed the cylinder and he told me too trhat Om Prakash Mishra is always rude with staff and customers and never attend the phones. With thid complaint I wish to say you that either the agency owned by Vinod Mittal be pulled and om prakash mishra be fired from the office or some other suitable measures adopted at your level so that staff put on duty are customer friendly, listen to their grievances and attend each and every phone calls. If even then they do not mend their ways, then they be black listed.
