(Our cust no: 6323). At 10 am two days ago, on 17/2/09, my mother phoned the Sainik agency, Thrissur to inform them that the regulator could not be fitted onto the fresh cylinder, after many attempts by several persons. They immediately sent a person, who also failed to attach the new cylinder. He then started hitting the regulator with a hammer, at which time I told him to stop since it was dangerous.
Since then my mother has phoned the agency many times, and each time they assure us that a replacement cylinder will be sent to our house with a few hours, definitely on the same day. But they are simply lying to us, as no delivery has been done so far.
