Iam an Indane gas customer bearing No.5890 and staying in Akkayyapalem at Vizag. My LPG Distributor address is WIDOWS WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF VISAKHAPATNAM PORT TRUST, N.H.5 Road, Salagramapuram, Visakhapatnam-530024. Phone: 0891-2798158, 6578109.The office staff are not distributing cylinders as per booking guide lines. And they are always keeping the Land lines in out of condition and not responding properly..A reliable source of information is that they are diverting the cylinders to un-authorised agencies and causing more in-convenience to the genuine customers. They are not taking phone bookings from the customer and not disclosing the serial number. At the time of delivery they are not giving official receipts and not entering the transactions in the "Domestic Gas Customer Card". Most of the employees are suffering a lot due to the attitude of the staff. Particularly employees are not in a position to meet the distributor very often for the sake of gas cylinder during the office hours. Hence I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action on the distributor.
