Abnormal delay in delivering gas cylinde

My consumer no. 00022232.Supply agent: Sri Revathy Indane Gas Agency. Medavakkam

For the last six months, the gas delivery after booking is invariably between 20-25 days. First they say in awek you will get.then they say the load has not arrived yet wait for 3 days. Likewise it will repeat and finally delivered after 20 odd days. Whe I wanted to complain to the indane consumer cell tel. 24339236, 46

only engaged tone i receive always. I am fed up of this situation. Kindly do the needful to redress my greivence.
