1. I am a domestic gas customer of Indane Gas of Indian Oil from 1988.
2. At present I am posted as Branch Manager, LIC of India, Hanuman Garh Jn.
3.I am a Domestic gas customer with Customer No. 26237 (TV No.11233240000010) of HANUMAN GARH GAS AGENCY from 09-06 after transferred from FLAME GAS SERVICE, BIKANER (TV No. 21232860000001).
4. Hanuman Garh Gas Service had compelled me to purchase Rubber Tube on 09-06 although I already had rubber tube. Bill No. 20817 dt. 09-06.
5. My gas refilling had booked on 21-07 after supplied gas cylinder on 19-07 as per practice of next day automatic booking of gas supply. After a long time for non supply of Gas Cylinder, today I have inquired regarding today's supply. I have been told that they sent supply gas today for the booking of 01- 08. when I asked why he had not supplied of my gas booking of 21-07 they said this routine mistake, Now we shall be supply tomorrow.
6. Now if they will be supplied tomorrow then they will again book on 15- 09 and my next gas supply again be late.
So, Kindly look into the matter and assure the supply of gas cylinder within the scheduled time.
