Non supply of gas

I have booked gas on 21st September by E-mail. They have also confirmed receipt of mail. Even after passing 3 weeks, I have not received the gas cylinder.

The telephone provided by the Jai Jawan gas service never works. My wife anf myself trying his telephone numbers for last 3 days desperately but the agency use to keep the telephone on hold.

Gas is a basic needs for cooking. After passing a long time if I don't reecive the gas you can understand my worries. You are requested to look in the matter.
