Customer harassment!
I am having a Consumer No. 35342 with the JAI JAWAN Indane Gas Agency, D-493, Palam Extension,
Ramphal Chowk, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi -110045. I booked for Gas cylinder on 31.12.2008 with an
assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. The booking no. given to me was 312 over telephone. But the same has not been delivered till date. Then again we called Jai Jawan Gas Agency on 6th Jan when they told that the cylinder would be delivered on Jan 7 on priority. Again when they did not turned up, my son Ashwani Saxena personally went to their office on Jan 10 when they finally confirmed me that it would definitely be delivered on Jan 11 under any circumstances. Unfortunately our cylinder was emptied on Jan 12 but the cylindrer has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery person distributing the same around the area & mostly selling it in black at Rs 550/- per cylinder but I did not purchased from him.
I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay with an assurance to them to return back in 2 days & now they are asking the new refilled cylinder back. But both of my cyliders are empty.
