Sir, I have booked my LPG on 07/10/08 by dialling 1260 (MTNL) and got booking number 23 dated 07 Oct 08. My cunsumer number is RF 7414 at Raj Flame indane gas dealer at Rama Park najafgarh road (Tele No 25337713). despite spending 20 days i am still waiting for LPG refill cylinder. on being contact contact it was told by their staff that their software to download booking from 1260 is not working. This is just shocking and this is not the first time I received the stereotyped reply. The behaviour of the staff is also not good. there is no any arrangement for public standing in scortching sun in a long que to register their booking.
