Indane Gas Connection

Sir,

I have applied for Indane gas connection through Coastal Gas Services, 61226 P & Q, God's Own Building, Malipuram. P.O., Vypin, Ernakulam District. I have received an intimatio letter refering booking No.101674 Dated 26.10.07 in the month of January stating that gas connection will provided within 60 days. But when I approached the agency for gas connection they demanded Rs.3, 600/-for getting connection which is contary to the intimation letter. I approached consumer service cell several times but no response. Hence I humbly request you to take necessary steps to avail gas connection to me at the earliest.
