Date of Birth printed wrong

I am writing on behalf of my wife Mrs. Deepa Lohumi her PAN card number is AGFPD6551N. HER REAL DATE OF BIRTH IS 10-12-1968. THE DATE OF BIRTH PRINTED ON PANn CARD IS 27-12-1968. I WANT TO GET IT CORRECTED PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET IT CORRECTED. I was trying to register with online submission of PAN card but not able to register with this PAN card the message showing was name is wrong. Please help me.
