Misbehave and compulsion to buy water purifie

Sir, i appplied for new lpg conncetion at SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA.the dealer is asking me to buy WATER PURIFIER with NEW LPG CONNECTION, then only i will get new lpg connection, and he is asking R.S. 12, 000=00 for both, lpg connection, AS WEL AS for NEW WATER PURIFIER.

and today when i ask complain no of authorized person he misbehave with me, he told me bad words and try o thro my CELL FONE and threat me that he will delay his lpg connection and harres him. so pl do need full.my cell no is 9427549514. MY REGESTRATION NO IS 842
