NON SUPPLY OF BOOKED CYLINDER

I surender kumar customer of Prithvi Gas Service, C-116, DDA Flat, East of Loni Road, Delhi-93, Customer No. PG-7127. I booked a domestic gas cylinder on dated 02-01 booking no. 27 over tel. no. 1260 but no supply of cylinder till date (28-01). I try many times the distributor tel no. 22813931 & 22813932 but all nos. are always busy.
