WE WISH TO INFORM AND LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SERVICE AGENCY, THAT HE HAS BEEN CONTINOUSLY SUPPLYING LOW WEIGHT AND FAULTY CYLINDERS AND OVERLOOKS ALL COMPLAINTS MADE IN THIS REGARDS AND VENDORS REFUSE TO WEIGHT THE SAME AND ARE RUDE, THE AGENCY DOES NOT TAKE BOOKING AS PER SCHEDULE AND REFUSES TO GIVE CYLINDERS EVEN AFTER 21 DAYS OF VALID BOOKING, WE ARE HARRASED TO BUY CYLINDER AT A HIGHER PRICE THAN NORMAL BY THE VENDORS, PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER URGENTLY AND OBLIGE BY TAKING PROMPT ACTION AGAINST THE SUPPLY AGENCY.
