I have sent an registered air mail to muscat, oman bi India post from lumding post office on 01-01. I was told that the air mail will be delivered within one week. The BOD no. is 5088.
The mail has not been delivered till date and the post office is not having any tracking system in place. they do not have any complaint redressal system in place and are not even listening to the complaint.
They are plaing cards in the Po and say that their duty ends with despatching the mail
What to do.
