Respected sir,

I have gas connection of Indane gas. Sri Srinivasa gas agency supplying gas to me. This gas connection is on my father name. Few moths before my father was died. So, I want to change this Gas connection to my name. I am ready to give what are the documents required. Please give me details and procedure to chage this connetion to my name. But Gas agency and workers not giving prompt information to me. Please sir, give me details as early possible.
