Delayed delivery and wrong info provided

I have booked the cylinder through 24 hr booking service (ph :1260 and booking no: 1) on Sat Aug 1st 2009. I was expecting delivery by Mon Aug 3rd (Sunday being holiday). Obviously I should not expect things to run smoothly (from my past bad experiences with Vinayak Gas Agency), I had to recheck with them.

Now 1) The phone no: given are either not functional or not attended. 26641029, 26536294, 22441020 and 26645933. I have to keep trying so that someone will attend the phone.

2) After my nearly 1hr of trying i get through 26536294 and not surprisingly The lady was very rude and insensitive to me.

3) As per her explanation, 24 HR REFILL BOOKING NO. DOES NOT EXIST.

Now I need to speak to someone who is responsible to print this no, on my previous bill and need an explanation as to why consumer is supposed undergo such a stress to listen to rude, insensitive employee and wait forever to use the gas?
