Sir,
I am the Indane gas connection holder no.1319959 (One cylender) through M/s Savita Gas Agency, Panipat (Haryana). Complaints against M/s Savita Gas Agency are as follows:-
1. The Agency is not providing the home delivery of LPG.
2.The Agency is demanding the same cylender at the time of refilling which was refill last time. How it is possible? Suppose the last refil cylender has the gas remain for 2-3 dayz and the next refill due than how we can arrange the same cylender.
3. The agency is not refiling the cylenders.
you are requested to please help us in this matter.
