MALPRACTICE IN DELIVERING DOMESTIC GAS REFILL

I have domestic gas connection in Chennai with “SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE”, ALANDUR. Distributor phone no. is 044-22322080 & 044-22328349. My consumer No. is 71658. I booked a refill cylinder over the phone, they told that it will take 22 days to deliver a refill cylinder. We did not receive it as per their mentioned period, when i went to remind, they said that we are booking it now only. I understand from them that they didn't book the cylinder when i informed over the phone. I understand their fraudulent approach to their customers in this situation. Whenever i go to their office, i could find people shouting for non delivery of refill cylinders. I suspect that "Sridhar Gas service" is selling the cylinders in the black market to commercial people and tea shops.
